T & A Care Facilities is committed to Opening Doors that Increase economic opportunities to the disadvantaged population of Mississippi. We strive to implement strategic initiatives that address systemic barriers, racial and ethnic disparities, that have for far too long continually contributed to homelessness and economic instability for the disadvantaged population of Mississippi.

Founders

Thomas and Angela Rice

Angela Rice is the wife of minister Thomas Rice. Angela has been in the nursing health care field for over 20 years. Together they have dedicated their lives to providing the level of support and compassion required to help improve the lives of the disadvantaged population. Under Heavenly Angels, LLC. they offer safe-secure home environments to the Severe Mental Illness (SMI)population, and Day program Services to the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) population.
Thomas and Angela Rice have a steadfast commitment to achieving equality for these special diverse population groups.
